Matt Harrison shows how to start and record from a VNC server using vnc2swf.py. vncviewer is invoked to view the session and inside this session IPython is used to list some Python code. Finally vnc2swf.py is finished and an output file is written.
Note:No audio, video only. This might benefit from an audio dub and a touch of editing at the start, if somebody is interested?
This screencast has been used with the kind permission of Matt Harrison, it appeared in his blog entry Howto create a basic screencast with Linux.
During the video the following commands are used:
vncserver -geometry 640x480 : 4
vncviewer r52:4
python vnc2swf.py -n -o output.swf r52:4
