Hi my name is Anton and I'm here on behalf of ExpertVillage.com and today I'm going to be demonstrating exfoliating the elbows. The best products to use are either salt or sugar scrubs, today I'm actually going to use a salt scrub. Now you want to apply a small amount of the product all over the surface and just work it in a circular motion to remove any dead skin, a lot of dead skin gets picked up on the elbows and the surrounding areas because of all the stress from the joints. So using a gentle exfoliator every day is a really great way to keep the skin tone even and to remove any dead skin. This works best in the shower because your pores have a chance to open up and the heat gives the skin a protective layer, but you can do it outside as well just after you exfoliate rinse it off with cool water and then layer on a moisturizer just to give the skin a protective layer after you exfoliate.
