Hi this is Aaron Fruitstone from Chi Martial Arts in Miami Shores, Florida. You can reach us on the web at www.chimartialarts.com. The next technique that you'll be learning is a middle fore fist punch. Now keep in mind that when I'm demonstrating techniques, that I'm doing the opposite arm so it will look the same when you're viewing this. If I say then you cross right, I will be using my left. It's going to be the same thing, so when you're watching it's going to look identical. Now for our middle fore fist punch, you need to make sure that you make proper fist, by rolling that fist and taking the thumb and tucking it under the first two knuckles. You're going to take your left arm, bring it up so that it's slightly bent and relaxed in front of you and bring your right arm to your hip. You're going to be bringing you left hand to the same position as your right hand. Allowing them to switch positions, extending the arm and rotating the fist. You want maximum rotation. So again, left arm up to the shoulder, the right hand to the hip, rotate and extend the right arm. And normal speed you'll see a fast rotation and a hard pole with the opposite arm. When punching with the other side, we're bringing the right arm up, the left arm to the hip and extend rotating. And we'll be back.
