The next technique that you will be learning in advanced Tae Kwon Do is a combination of hand fake to strike; it's called the fake jab-back fist. The intention as most of our attacks are in Tae Kwon Do is to change direction initiating in an actual response from the opponent, making them defend an attack that either is not intended to hit them or is misdirecting them from a fall. You're going to extend your shoulder and you hand half cocked about halfway out from your body, instead of continuing in the straight direction, you're half cocking and you're going to bring your elbow out, striking the side. The natural defense of the person is going to be to put their hand up to defend that front hand, either with their back hand or with their lead hand. The strike is going to be coming to the side of the head so you're going to be half extending striking. At normal speed. Again. And we will be back.
